Method Statement Sequence

Verify each step to proceed to sign-off.

1. Crane arrives 09:30. Induction & Docs check.

2. Position Crane. Extend Outriggers (6m x 4.8m).

3. CRITICAL: 360° Slew Test (Unladen) for stability.

4. Rigger attaches 1-leg web sling & shackle.

5. Set Boom to 26.9m (or required length). Brief Operator.

6. TRIAL LIFT: Hoist just off ground. Check tension.

7. Execute Lift: Hoist, Derrick, Slew to position.

8. Land Load. De-rig crane & accessories.
